2024 - 25' UX/ UI Intern
My journey into UX design began with a love for creating stories through art, inspired by the intricate beauty of fine china porcelain. This creative spark led me to pursue ceramics in high school, and over time, it evolved into a passion for digital storytelling through UX design.
As a UX/UI intern at Level Up Live, I was entrusted with redesigning the company’s website to enhance user experience, improve its visual appeal, and craft a compelling narrative that resonated with our audience. By conducting user interviews and collaborating with diverse team members, I ensured that the design was not only functional but also inclusive, reflecting the values and needs of our users. This experience pushed me to grow as a designer, learning to balance aesthetics with functionality while being resourceful in navigating challenges without direct guidance. In the next month, I’m excited to collaborate with Jason Winn to design a new player app, which will bring fresh ideas and enhanced features to the user experience.
Currently, I’m a student at the University of Washington, where I’m studying Informatics with a focus on UX design. I’m committed to using my skills to create impactful digital experiences that embrace diversity and inclusivity. My goal is to design interfaces that bridge gaps and foster meaningful connections, using technology as a tool for positive change in an increasingly interconnected world.
